Do monthly and annual plans include the same features?+
Yes. Both include the same features and 1,000 credits each month. Monthly is a shorter commitment; annual costs less over a year. Annual credits are issued monthly, rather than all at once.
Do 1,000 credits mean 1,000 messages?+
No. A generation or refinement typically uses 1 credit. Further refinements and result translations may cost additional credits. Conversation translation uses source characters: 1 credit exchanges for 1,000 characters. All these actions share your balance; check the extension for the charge shown for each action.
Can I try HIEQ first?+
Yes. Install HIEQ and sign in. New accounts receive 20 credits once to try translation, polishing and Smart Reply before choosing a paid plan. Rate and service-capacity limits apply.
How do I start? Will I be charged automatically?+
Select “Contact to get started” and send us your HIEQ sign-in email and selected plan via email or WeChat. We will confirm the price, benefits and activation process with you. Activation is currently handled personally. This page does not charge you or start an auto-renewing subscription.
What happens when my credits run out?+
The extension will offer a link to plans and contact details. If you need additional credits, contact us to discuss your options. No additional purchase or charge happens automatically.
